Refund & Returns Policy – Micro Supply FZC
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. For B2B and B2G orders, return eligibility may vary depending on product type, customization, and procurement agreements.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. Original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included.
Certain product categories are not eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or manufacturing policies. These include customized products, special-order items, and goods that cannot be resold.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Custom-built structures (e.g., pergolas, camellias, modular installations)
- Special-order stainless steel products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Downloadable files or digital documents
- Health, sanitary, or safety-related items
To complete a return request, a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by our support team.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing signs of installation or use
- Products returned with missing parts not due to our error
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Any return request submitted after the 30-day period
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a specific number of business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card provider — it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For exchange requests, contact us at support@microsupply.ae and send the item to our logistics center at: Micro Supply FZC, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Once the returned item is processed, a gift voucher will be issued.
If the gift was shipped to the buyer instead of you, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please ship it to: Micro Supply FZC, Ajman Free Zone, AJMAN – UAE.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location and courier processing speed.
For higher-value shipments, we recommend using a tracked courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
